itaewonguy, don't you think that only Koreans living in the U.S. can answer that question objectively? I might have agreed with you if you just said "better." But MUCH better? No. But then again, I have no idea how foreigners are treated in Korea and how they feel about it.
When I went to school in the U.S., kids picked on me, called me names, threw things at me, etc. I had to go through "random" security checks at the airport. And this was before the Cho incident. Whenever I went to a store where there were only white people (like RadioS---k) I felt like I wasn't being treated like other white customers.
It's kind of funny you'd ask me that because if you ask a white American if there's still racism in the U.S., you might get a "no." But if you ask a black American, well... you know the answer. |

I just finished reading the actual story, and that judge is such a nutcase! Even if the family was rude to him, he was a judge for god's sake... now he's completely destroyed his credibility and become a joke. OMFG.
