i finally got into with my boss a little too much and gave her 30 days and such, and she said she will release me. two questions here:
1. should i get it in writing that she will release me? is there a good chance she's gonna find someone knew and then just say you're fired in broken english.
2. is my pension lost in the vortex of time forever, or can i collect it upon my exit of the country even though my contract wasn't finished?
any help would be great, thanks.

1. If possible, get a letter stating that she promises to pay your salary and give you a letter of release on xx date (whenever your last day is). Get her to stamp it with her red name stamp(this makes it more binding). It may not be possible to get her to do that, but its worth a try.
2. Your pension is held by te Natinal Pension Office, so you can get that whenever you are able to go to the office and show them your ticket out of here. It has nothign to do with teh school, except that the school should have been paying the pension office the whole time you worked there. |
