How much can I expect to pay for some tailor made trousers in Itaewon? does 80,000 won seem reasonable?

Higher depending upon material and shop.

I paid 90,000 a pair for medium-weight cottons at Hilton Tailoring, near Starbucks. Good quality, but not top. Definitely good enough for teaching. I'm happy with them.

Yeah, pretty much under $100 or so is a great price, presuming they're actually bespoke and not just made-to-measure.
