Has anyone had to finish their contract early due to getting another job which starts before their current contract ends?
What are/were the consequences for doing this?
What are some things to consider re. the time frame for letting the owner know in advance etc.

I'm applying for jobs with a March start date and my contract ends mid April.

Shave your goatee first, lest you be called a beatnik. That, and you need your bosses' permission.

If you give lots of notice, it shouldn't be a problem to get a release letter in your eleventh month so you can work elsewhere since you'll be forfeiting your severance salary and return flight, thus you'll be saving your employer 3 million Won.
