They're OK, but their Air-Miles program really sucks. You've got to get like 25,000 miles before you're given a free ticket to Jeju-do. (Hey! At least they keep their planes in the air. That's got to be good for something, right?) |

I would try them if I could get a price quote from their website without wading through a dozen screens, error messages and various restrictions. |

I would give them an "OK" as well. They're no Singapore Air, but I found the meals to be above average...on occasion. Service is fine. Entertainment generally stinks. |

(this is just a rant, sorry)
They wouldn't let me register on their site (which you need to do just to see the prices!) with a gmail.com e-mail address... if had to be a Korean address or a hotmail.com address, which I don't have. And they wouldn't give me a quote on the phone without my full name and address... sooooo I took my business to Korean Air! |

I've flown with them a few times on shared flights with Air New Zealand. Service in the air was very good, food was fine, no problems with anything at all.
BUT the website is absolutely useless, wouldn't let me enquire/book/pay under any circumstance, and I tried many times. Ended up booking directly through Air NZ website, easy as, but had to use my NZ credit card.
So this time around I'm using a different airline because;
a) Air NZ didn't have flights that suited my timeframe, and
b) I wanted to pay in KRW, and didn't want to have to deal with the Asiana website bollocks. |

I think they've declined in the past five years or so, but they're still above average, IME. |
