Does anyone know of a store or good site to buy these?

I'm looking for some resistors, capacitors, PIC chips and crystals, piezo's etc.

I've seen some of this stuff in the Sindang electronics market (Sindang station), but the only place I've found piezos is Nagwon, where they sell them to be used as drum triggers/sensors.

cheonggyecheon (where the reopened stream is) is where korean people go to get stuff like that. it is also great for picking any DIY tools you might be looking for. there's quite an active DIY audiophile scene here and i'm sure one of those guys could point you to better places, but you need to be relatively fluent in korean to navigate those forums.

there is also a similar place in anyang for tools and various components. i hear digikey might be making an entry into korea, the last i checked they had a korean webpage saying that they will be coming to korea soon-ish.

Go to Etland at Yongsan. It's the one with movie theaters, not Space 9.
Go down to the basement and you should find everything you need.

this may sound crazy, but, if you live in a city which is a decent size, then you can go to a hardware store (eh...more like an electronics store) and they should have them. I know that here in Wonju, there is a dude that has all of that stuff. Check around and ask for an electrical store, hardware store, etc.

Everything in Seoul is grouped into a zone. No more local stores. They all group together.

My home city has a hardware/electronics store in every neighborhood. The guy working there is knowledgeable and he knows what you are doing so he can lead u to the right components. I miss that.
