Only if you shave them first, otherwise it's just disgusting.

Boiling a cat alive is an atrocity and only an emotionally stunted perpetual adolescent could find it funny.

I don't hear you screaming about boiling lobsters or crabs alive.

I don't hear you screaming at all. My fingers are in my ears and and I'm shouting :

"LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA ..."

One more time, I'm begging you. Please think of the turtles!

I see that you have no sympathy for the bird...putting silly "ㅋㅋㅋ" while it obviously suffers from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). You mean, horrid, cruel bird-hater!

Duly noted. One should be more aware of one's grammar on an ESL forum. Embarassed

Detective testifies in baby's oven death
By JAMES HANNAH, Associated Press Writer
Thu Jul 19, 5:19 PM ET

DAYTON, Ohio - A woman accused of killing her daughter by microwaving the newborn in an oven told police she was drunk, but couldn't recall doing anything that caused the child's burns, according to testimony Thursday.

China Arnold, 26, is charged with aggravated murder in the Aug. 30, 2005, death of her month-old daughter, Paris Talley. She has pleaded not guilty.

At a pretrial hearing, detective Michael Galbraith testified that Arnold told him during questioning then: "If I hadn't gotten so drunk, I guess my baby wouldn't have died."

But questioned by defense attorney Jon Paul Rion, Galbraith acknowledged that Arnold told him she didn't know how the baby suffered the burns, and that she had nothing to do with it that she could recall.

Galbraith said Arnold told him she arrived home in the early morning hours after drinking, fell asleep and was awakened at 2:30 a.m. by the baby's crying. She said she warmed a bottle in the microwave oven on the counter, tried to give it to the baby, changed the child's diaper and then fell asleep on the couch with the baby on her chest, Galbraith said.

Arnold said she and her three children ages 7, 6 and 3 were the only ones in the apartment until her boyfriend arrived several hours later and noticed something was wrong with the baby, Galbraith said.

At the conclusion of the hearing, Judge John Kessler ruled that prosecutors can use some of Arnold's statements at trial. He said he would decide later whether other statements and certain physical evidence would be admitted.

The coroner concluded that the injuries to Arnold's baby could have been caused only by the child being cooked in a microwave oven, according to prosecutor Mathias Heck Jr., who is seeking the death penalty.

Rion has said Arnold took the baby to the hospital after finding her unconscious at home. He said she told hospital officials she did not know what happened to the child.

Galbraith said DNA matching the baby was found in the microwave, but he acknowledged that the DNA evidence doesn't establish who killed the child.

"That microwave was the murder weapon," he said. "The burns themselves were horrendous."

That article made me feel very sick.

She said if she hadn't got drunk, her baby wouldn't have died. That's probably true. That doesn't necessarily mean she killed the baby. Who else had access to the house? And what about the 2 small kids? My two year old would have smothered/throttled/trampled/choked (with generous pieces of chocolate) my newborn baby by now, if I didn't have eyes in the back of my neck. It's not entirely unfeasible that the older siblings did it, just from that small article at least.

Of course, if she did do it, she deserves the electric chair. Unless she's not white of course. And then it's entirely forgivable. According to me, according to my traducers. Did I get that right?

Although you don't condone kitten killing nor have to state for the record how gruesome it is..what if...everytime someone mentioned a recent microwaving of kittens you had to bring up the kitten behaviour as a cause. You mentioned things like the kitten taking a pissss on the carpet or the time the kitten had scratched baby sister....also there is a group of cat haters in the neighborhood and although not all of them microwave kittens a good number of them condone it. You downplay this as much as possible and always want to put the spotlight on the actions of the kittens.....

That's a very good analogy, postfundie, of what you do when Palestinians get microwaved. Wink
