Arriving at school this morning I could hear the sounds of people singing.

As I turned the corner I came face to face with a group of people singing and clapping away to songs about Jesus. I even noticed a foreigner in the group of ten.

I believe that everybody has the right to practice whatever religious beliefs they want, but bombarding students with songs about Jesus first thing on a Monday morning is taking things a bit far.

I put it in the same category as selling drugs and candy floss outside a school gates. Not as bad as preaching the bible in class (I've seen a few Filipino(a)s do that ) but it's still IMHO not the place to be pushing religion.

As usual they were the happiest people I have ever seen. Maybe Jesus does do some good or the electric Kool Aid helps as well.
