Yeah, I have flown with them. They are not the best but not the worst.
Service was a little slow, but you have your own tv screen and music and the foods ok.
They are pretty ok, but the flight I was on didn't serve beer or at until dinner time and then there was really only wine to choose. They are ok, but I won't be in a hurry to go with them again. |

I flew them and thought they were fantastic. Great, quick service, super friendly and very modern planes (at least the ones that I flew). I would definitely fly them again. The only downfall is that if you fly from Seoul, you are pretty much guaranteed an overnight stay in Taipei. |

I have travelled with them on many times. Never had a problem. Will use their services in the future as well. Thumbs up! |

Ditto. I flew EVA last year and liked them a lot.
There's an option if you have to stay overnight: the transit hotel at the Taipei airport is comfortable. It's not particularly cheap, and if you need to reserve a room there it's kind of hard to find the contact info on the airport's website, but I'd consider it again, depending on where I was going. |

Yeah, they are not bad value - a few less frills with lower prices. (I dont know if that is how they bill themselves - it is how I think of them). I flew LA to Bangkok using their Evergreen Class service. It is kind of like business class light (business class seat but with a few less of the services). It was not that much more than economy (about $75 usd more if memory serves) - I thought it was a great deal. |

I flew with EVA from Japan to Canada. Of course, they route through Taipei so the flight's a tad longer. However, the price is right and the service I thought was good. No problems. I'd fly them again. |

Did you go to Vancouver or Toronto? I was told they only went to the west coast. |

Eva Air is okay.
I don't mind China Airlines either.
some of the cheapest flights with these companies and the service is generally good. |

After reading the above. I have to wonder how badly did the other flights suck that you went on before to give them such a glowing review or does it depend on where you are going?
I went Thai from Seoul to Bangkok, Great - then transfered Bangkok to Sydney, so - so - then Sydney to Auckland, hmm. So maybe.
But I have had better and would not use rousing words to describe EVA on my flight and I wonder how many were going to the States on the one they liked. |
