| Quick question about the C4 - is it like the E2 where you can only work in the one place? |

yes, generally it is restricted - the issuing authority (embassy) will write the name of the sponsor, such as a camp, on the actual visa itself.
if they don't, you are good to go, you can use it anywhere - just ask the embassy when you go what the restrictions are
