|

Let me start off by saying I am a complete newbie when it comes to technology. I need a laptop and I was thinking of buying a Dell Inspiron 1501. It's cheap, and it seems to be a good basic computer for my needs. I just want to use it it for basic web surfing, typing reports, movie watching, and maybe a game or two. Any suggestions? Is it a good one or should I choose another?
Also, should I buy one here or have it shipped from my home country? Would there be a way to convert the Korean Hangul to English? And finally, wouldn't I need an adapter for it if I buy it form the U.S.?
Thanks.... |

Well, I went to Dell's site and built the Dell Inspiron 1501...$1,122 for a AMD dual-core rig that will run Vista (2GB memory), game(integrated graphics), do movies, burn DVDs (optional burner) with a 120GB HDD.
Not really cheap. |
