Anyone know anything about this school or chain?
Also, is it legal for a teacher to work "part time" at two franchises of the same school under one visa?
Thanks!

It is legal if you obtain permission from Immigration to work at a second location. Your original E2 visa will be assigned to one particular location. To work elsewhere, without notifiying immigration, is illegal and you and your emloyees run the risk of fines.
Your boss needs to fill in some paperwork and you need to get yourself down to Immigration and if approved, they will add the second location to the back of your ARC (Alien Registration Card). I'm not sure how much it costs... but your boss should pay it... maybe around 30,000? But don't quote me on that!

Here is a quote direct from the Immigration website:
Korean Immigration wrote: |
When a foreigner desires to change or add working places under his/her present status of sojourn, he/she must apply for and obtain permission to do so in advance. For example, this permission is required when an English teacher wishes to teach English at a different language institute from the one originally designated, or desires to teach English not only at a language institute originally designated but also at a different language institute under the same status of sojourn |
