Here we go again more racist cr*p from the Korea Herald. This time the headline is Foreigners involved in fraud. However the article states that it's actually Ethnic Chinese who speak fluent Korean! Ethnic Chinese who speak fluent Korean, c'mon give me a break. Yea right, there are heaps of Chinese out there spending a fortune to go Hogwans in order to learn English. More likely ethnic Koreans who also speak Chinese.
Not only are the journos at the Korea Herald racist, they also insult us, by thinking think that we are so incredibly stupid, that we would believe their lies.
In one respect they are right. We are stupid ! We are stupid because as well as taking it on the chin we then go and buy their low brow paper.
Stop being a Schmuck Don't buy the Korea Herald!!

The Korea Herald is also involved in illegal recruiting. Employing Teachers (and paying diddly squat) and then sending them to companies to teach English.

What am I doing? I mean "The Korea Herald". Is there any way to delete typos and spelling mistakes off this site?

There are lots of ethnic Chinese studying at the universities here. And, yes they are very good at Korean.
