How do you certify a letter of recommendation? I'm just curious because GEPIK asks for 2 "certified" letters of recommendation on the pdf application form they've sent me. I emailed the director and she hasn't replied yet. But when I go on their website, it just says 2 letters of recommendation. Doesn't say it has to be certified on their website, but the pdf form says it does have to be. So, should it be certified, or not? I was thinking, maybe this means sealed in an envelope and signed along the seal to make sure it hasn't been opened or tampered with? |

Just get it sealed.
One of my rec letters was hand written and stamped with the red stamp and there were no complaints. I don't even think they read it, even though it was written in Korean... |
