So I was walking to my company (R&D Center) in Guro Digital complex a few minutes ago (6:40AM) minding my own business. I was about 50 yards from the building when out of nowhere comes this drunken 40-something adjoshi guy and his friend. "HELLO HELLO HELLO, WHATS YOUR NAME??!" So I ignore them and continue walking towards my building, my sanctuary, hoping that I can make it to the doors in time before things get ugly. The guys doesn't take a hint when I wave him off, and decides to grab a hold of my suit jacket and start pulling on me like a four year old child would, raising his voice. I grabbed his arm and tried to shake him loose. No dice, he grabs onto me with TWO hands now, and starts to tear my suit jacket. About this time, the gaurds (who all know me well because we have an excellent relationship) see what's going on and two of them run the 50 meter dash to help me out. They grab this guy and pin him down on the street yelling at him and I make my escape into the building. I turn around to see what happened next, and I see the guy get up and start bowing profusely, both to them and to me. I checked my suit, ripped at the seams around the shoulder. There goes 500 bucks.

It can be fixed if it was ripped at the seam. You've got witnesses, so you could get him to pay. I don't suppose you'll ever find him though.
Sounds pretty harmless to me.

Sorry to hear that happened to you. I had a drunk guy come at me as I was walking back from the local E-mart . I was warring street clothes so the only thing at risk was the 40K worth of groceries I was carrying.

Maybe your jacket can be repaired. A good experienced seamstresses can do amazing things.

Good luck.

Should have had the guards restrain them and called the police...or have gotten money from the drunk bastards right then and there.

I taught my boss how to say "this guy over here" and "that's some sweet action" but I don't think either of those apply in this situation.

Sorry to hear about your suit man. I was just there yesterday and I didn't see any drunk guys. I musta got lucky.

Superdog, I was just being friendly. No cause to sic your goons on me like that. Oh, and about that ripped suit... well, sorry about that. But in the ensuing melee, I befouled my own suit and landed on my mobile. Hard.

The soiled trousers, the busted screen, the hurt pride... Figure we're about even.

Come on, Guru, in this country you must expect dogs to be a little jumpy at first. You should have let him smell your hand, maybe given him some sausagie or something. Poor ol' dog probably thought he was really in the soup...who could blame him for running away?
