It's pretty easy to smoke pot in your own home, or outside on the streets in N.B. Why? Our population is so low that most people, including the cops, wouldn't suspect that you were weeding. There is so much space and wooded places where one can smoke in Saint John. Besides, some of the cops that I know are the biggest buyers.....trust me, I am not a seller but I have a neighbour who is a cop and weed is one of his favorite pasttimes--he and his coworkers love to party on their days off. It is true that weed is not legalized, and it hasn't been decriminalized either, still, the majority of users only hold onto small quantities knowing the cops won't bust them. Weed in Canada is easy to get. Heck, just grow your own. It's pretty easy once you get those great seeds from B.C.

I wonder if it's a coincidence that Canada is trailing many industrialized countries in worker productivity, and it has the highest pot usage.

Must be that whole Neal Young hippy thing. My sister used to wear a red lumbermans Jacket with one of those Yellow Ocre side bags(they used to call them Lazy bags) and a leather headband.
