hey guys, i signed contract with SMOE and it said i'll be a G level instructor.... what does that mean exactly? |

I found this through a quick google search.

yeah, and i also showed my tesl instructor, she used to do some hiring and she said it was a sound contract. i didn't think too much about the G category because i figured it wasn't going to be a deal breaker or anything. |
