Our gym in Bucheon does, they have nightly spin classes as well. Great classes! Don't know if that helps you much though!

Only if you are up for burning up to 900 calories an hour, yeah. I go 3 times a week, good music selection with a good instructor gives classes that crack like morish quality.

What the hell is a spin bike?

My gym is full of insane Koreans who bench press 5kg and love to use those crazy 'shakey shakey' belt machines. Hula hoops are also popular in my helsuh kulub. Laughing

Spinning is great! If you haven't tried it, definitely check it out! We have 3 Spin class trainers, each with their own style and music. Most definitely addictive!! Just wish I knew how long it takes for my ass to stop hurting!!

So, you're all quickly riding stationary a bike to music for an hour.

Maybe there's a class to teach you how to lay on your stomaches?

80k a month?! Seoulis for 700,000 you could get a lifetime at Cali and sell it for pretty close to the same when you decide to leave the country (they allow transfer of lifetime memberships).
