I believe it really depends what you want out of life. I am learning to deal with Koreans in small doses helps. I am working in a Korean office so that is a little bit different than teaching in a hagwan or the public school system. My working hours are 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Of course there is the going out after work. I am the only foreigner in the building of 200 people. My time is more demanding as any coffee break I have is consumed with people trying to practice their English. I love my job of course.

I study Korean language in my free time as my wife is Korean. I have just learnt to deal with things that go on. Language is helping me a lot to get through some tough times.

good luck to you
