I'm sitting in my classroom preparing for summer camp. A man walks in with a canister. Without saying a word to me he starts spraying my room. I wonder what for. I get a whiff of what he's spraying and I realize they are spraying for bugs. I'm thinking time for me to go! So I start shutting down programs when my co-teacher comes into the room. I tell him that they sprayed for bugs. He says "Yes, from 4 o'clock." I then ask him the logical question, "Why are they spraying now instead of after the teachers leave or tomorrow when there is no school?" His answer: "Because only students are human. We aren't. So they think it's ok to spray now." He said it with a straight face and then we started laughing.
GOD...Sometimes I hate this school
And as an added bonus, everyone ended up opening their doors and windows so they can breathe. AND on top of that, all the exit doors are wide open. I really hope they didn't pay too too much for the spraying because the benefits literally went out the window.... |

LOL, this kinda reminds me of Al Pacino's line on Scarface: (with a thick Cuban accent): "I keel those cacaroshes!" |
