Not super heavy. Medium? It'll swing back and forth when punching and, if you don't know how to punch, I'm sure you could break/sprain a wrist on it if you're not careful.
I'm a big guy and ex-boxer and it suits me fine. Haven;t used it for a long time though as nowhere to really hang it up. You need weights also?
I'm in Seoul, near Itaewon. Hannam 2 dong near the big harley davidson motorbike dealership. From Beotigogae station take exit 3 and walk straight for about 300 meters until you come to a big SK gas station on your left. My aprtment is 2 minutes away and I can come meet your there.
Tuesday early evening after 5 pm works. Or wednesday morning
