I got caught with 15 bongs at the Vancouver Int'l Airport 
Only took about 3 hours to clear customs. Was all good. |

This is not just annoying, but pretty largely grandstanding. I don't feel safer from this. Maybe someone really does. I seriously hope not. They keep decreasing the volume of liquid steadily with no real justification, and generally give vague responses regarding heightened risks.
If you want to get something through security, you will. I just think most of us are not quite as dedicated to our, uh, cherry butter as your typical revolutionary to whatever cause they support. |

| Yeah dude, I thought about putting the cherry butter in a baggie and stuffing the baggie inside a jar of peanut butter. |

Thanks for the reminder and heads-up.
I've got to fly back home soon; I don't want to lose any of my precious toothpaste or other personal hygiene items in the security check.
All-in-all, nowadays, I'd rather have more security of this nature than less. It's a pain, and I need to plan to arrive even earlier and to allow for more time before boarding the plane, but it's all a result of a few assholes who decided they have a right to kill anyone the want who ruined it for the rest of us. |
