holy crap. The plane lands, but it goes off the runway and straight into a gas station.

I think whats needed is more money invested into safety, updating equipment and training, paying staff and improving the runway.

This is the second major air disaster within a year. And even last week another plane skidded off the same runway.

As someone who's taken 6 flights within the past 2 months I can say i won't be flying into Rio until they get their act together...

I read that the runway was too damn short Evil or Very Mad

That sort of tragedy really makes me wonder about the price of a life. If someone had spent money, 175+ people would still be alive right now.

Sickening....Just plain sickening....
