so much for sleeping in on the holiday, so i figure make the most of the day.

i'm leaving korea in a month and i've resolved to use my extra days to explore more of korea.

any suggestions for a day trip?

jump on the subway and head to incheon, the chinatwon is worth killing an hour or two then grab a cab over to wolmido.

take the rapid subway that runs from yongsan to dongincheon much faster than the regular incheon line, it stops at a bunch of stations before the line splits to incheon

Check out Suanbo - and the country roads between there and ChungJu - lovely area. Better to rent a car though, so you can look around. Some great Buddhist temples on the back roads.

Chungju is only about 90 minutes from Seoul and has regular buses from Central City and Dong Seoul stations.
