Hey, I'm hoping someone can enlighten me.
I'm finishing my current job up in mid-August. My boss extended my visa for me by one month until the end of August so I had no worries about leaving the country Asap.
I'll be starting a new job on Sept. 1 so I was planning on doing a visa run towards the end of August. Will this be a problem since I won't technically be done my original visa?
Also, I'm going on vacation to Taipei in a couple weeks and am wondering about getting my visa there, but then I'll still have 2 more weeks of work at my other place.

| When your visa ends in midaugust, you and the boss need to go to immi and cancel it. Then you will be able to put in your aplication fro your new visa. After abuot a week, you visa number should be issued and you can go on a visa run. You can't have a current visa and apply for a new one. |
