Does anyone know of any other forum websites that have discussions on living and working in Korea? English spectrum has been highly censored due to politics, not to mention this site. . . |

The Kimchi Pot was just shut down b/c Chiaa got tired of all the idiots.
I also go to a new one here that is just starting out and wants to only have useful information and good discussions. None of the crap that plagues other sites.

That site is just a bunch of people cussing, or being incredibly boring. Seems like one big, dull clique to me, devoid of any useful information whatsoever. |

www.mongdori.com
It's a new upstart site. It has several aims:
1) Modern discussion forums that are moving towards web 2.0 [embedded video, blogging to main page, chat (sometime in the future)]
2) A unique job database. Again, it's just an upstart site. However one major aim is to provide more accountability between teachers and recruiters/employers
3) Daily updated information such as news, entertainment, weather, exchange rates, and interesting videos and tidbits about Korea.
Sign up and check it out. |
