Either flat or conical burr blade is fine, though I prefer the latter.
If you have one to sell, or know where I can get one please let me know.

You can find cheap hand-cranked grinders at Namdaemun market for about 30-40k, although I'm pretty sure they're crap.
Please let me know if you have better luck finding one. |

| I just did a little research and it looks like the Kalitas are half-decent.. As long as you're not making espresso with them. |
