It's still going on this weekend, although I'm sure it won't be as busy. Beyond a swimsuit and towels, I can't think of anything. It's basically just a time to drink and hang out on the beach. I took a football and threw around by the ocean, we also had a little barbecue (no grills provided, must bring your own). A frisbee or soccer ball would probably provide adequate entertainment. If you're a fan of liquor, I suggest taking your own. It's always a good way to make new friends. Also, if you smoke foreign cigarettes, they're kind of hard to come by in that area. Have fun!

I'm going again this weekend.

Last weekend, I essentially just wore a swimsuit all the time.. no shoes/sandals. Went barefoot everywhere.

You can rent umbrella plus mat for 20,000 won at the beach.

You also need some clothes you'd wear at night when you are eating in the restaurants.. although plenty of people just wore their swimsuits in the restaurants as well.

Ziploc baggies.

Everyone looked at me like I'm a friggin' genius when they saw all my important gear (money, camera, etc.) protected on the beach.
