We have been here 2.5 years and are leaving August 9th. This place is super quiet, really nice neighborhood. Brand new when we moved in, has your own rooftop and additional secure storage room. Oven, mini cable TV, Huge balcony, great views of tree covered hillside, an abundance of natural light, 20 minute walk from Itaewon, 10 minute walk from new international school.
50 million key money, 750 000 won per month wolsae

I do recommend you come and check it out ASAP. It's a gorgeous, quite spacious 3 b/room modern apartment. Living here will enhance your quality of Life in Korea. It did ours.

Apartment or villa? What floor? Are you on the top floor?

How many Pyung? How close to the nearest subway stop?

Will they take more key money and less rent?

Are you advertising because you are leaving mid-lease and are therefore responsible for securing the next tenant or paying the realtor fees?

Doesn't sound bad, but I've seen big places (35-38 pyung) in and near Itaewon for 10 million down and 900 a month.

Yes top floor 501. roof has been painted (and planted) by me. no one else ever uses it

No 50 mill plus 750 seems the set amount. could discuss though.

and "villa". A FIVE STORY ONE. seems strange calling it that. big supermarket close by plus Hannam Supermrkt. hill side nearby has badminton courts, exercise machines and walking trails for dog or family or both.

Even though we've fulfilled our two year lease contract I still thought the 50 million won return is still dependant upon new tenants. must check that out.

keep in mind that the area is not cluttered cramped haebongchon. It's quite nice, new sealed roiads, really nice park for the kids. blah bl;ah blah

Thanks for the info, but will have to pass. We're in about 40 pyung now and need something bigger. Cheers, though, and good luck letting the place.
