				Beef thinly sliced or minced heated in a sauce pan until half cooked, add pic bone (ground chillies) and kow kwaw ( uncooked rice browned in a wok and ground w/ a pestle & mortar), grulla (rough natural salt) minced hom (thin leek) manow (lime juice) pum su rot (msg) and mix...adjust the above for your taste preference, pour on a dish nam toke (waterfall) and top w/ pak salanay (mint leaves).    Sap lai daaaaa!    |
