Are you aware of how unethical/immoral it is to unknowingly expose him to that much debt through marriage? |

Just curious CC, how long have you been in Korea? Did you make your cash here through work, or through real estate investments here or back home? |

When I came to Korea 6 years ago I had 35k debt and zero assests.
Working and investing has gotten me to this point. |

What were your big winners investment wise. That's a hell of a lot of return in a short time. Although, I'm guessing you must have been socking away 4,000,000 won a month from the get-go, and probably more per month progressively. |

I started in a hogwon, so the first few years were... less profitable. Since then I've been working steading and invested in realestate here in Korea.
My goal is to have a min 500K (and maximum?? maybe a mil) by the time I turn 40 (I'm 33 now). I figure that will allow for what I call a soft retirement = working because I want to, not because I need to.
All that being said htough, 1 month ago I had my first child (ok the wife helped in that), and man are they ever expensive! lol |
