Hey guys,
Considering signing a contract with them. Anybody have any good information about them? Their initial pay was low, so me signing depends upon them upping the pay substantially. The manager seems nice and the apartment is good.
Thanks for any info!

If you don't mind working splitshifts and you can get them to up your pay, I say go for it. I worked for them for a year and pay was always on time along with very little bs involved. The people I worked with were cool to tolerable and the students were actually a lot of fun. Only reason I left was because I got sick of the hours, but like you said, the apt and everything else were fine and in a good location.
