I really want one of these gizmos, even to just look at and see what they're about. Does anybody have one or want to sell one? I'm seriously considering buying one even though I feel it's going to be a waste of money....any good thieves on this forum?

I'd just go with a normal PDA.

I'm waiting for my price point on this device, also.

A normal PDA has nowhere near the readability of a Sony Reader. They're really nice.

Ebay has recently sold them for $179, brand new. (See link below).

That's the way I'm going to go, I think.

Also, you should we aware that you can download any classic from Guteneberg.org and it will read it as a text file!
