If you get paid 2.1 million won on a public school job for GEPIK, what is roughly the amount after tax/pensions etc on a GEPIK contract?

Laughing I can only assume that you're one of the gullible people drinking Sapporo's Silver Cup.

No tax for first two years. After pension/health insurance, my guestimate is about 1.95m.
