| What's the weather like in Busan at the moment? In Sokcho it's pretty breezy, nice weather all things considered. Are there any expat bars in Busan that have people in them on a Sunday? |

One would assume a city by the sea equals breezy. But who am I to know  It's a bit hotter than Seoul, but the humidity is 50% less and it doesn't cloud over as often. |
