Well, actually it's tomorrow at 6pm,  but if I post this up tomorrow some people probably wouldn't make it to a computer before 6pm.
Apply online at http://www.topik.or.kr/ . You'll need a passport-like photo of yourself already on the computer to attach to the application now. Costs 35,000.
