When I was at school, the director phoned and threaten me again that he will instruct maintenance to change the lock on my apartment. The weekend prior, I reported the incidents of the previous eviction attempts. The police where very sympathetic. They logged all the data and said: 'just say your apartment name and number and we will come straight away and arrest him.'
I contacted the police, who were as good as their word. They told him, I suppose, they would arrest him if he or his agent broke the existing lock. My lock is still intact and he has not mentioned eviction again.
So as my Korean buddies said: "one can not be evicted from ones home without an order of the court.' |
