I tried to only include the names of Mr. and Mrs. K. Mods, please forgive me if I missed one.

Crimes of Mr. K. include - Breaking into my house by hiring a locksmith and changing my door lock, illegally entering my residence, taking my property out of my house, spitting on me, stalking me, false imprisonment, contract fraud, and assaulting me on 09/08 in my residence, non-payment of salary money, fraud, driving illegally, and defamation of character and/or libel when he and/or his wife called Immigration and blacklisted me. He lied on Aug. 30th, saying that "Buymybook ran away and quit his job." I believe in the criminal court transcripts(The K's filed a libel charge against me=GUILTY), he admitted that he changed the date on the contract and submitted it to Immigration.

Crimes of Mrs. K. include - illegally entering my residence, taking my property/one piece of luggage that she took out of my sight near the street(seen on video) disappeared, stalking me up the street in her car with her husband, assisting Mr. K. in illegally obtaining access to my house, threatening to have me killed, non-payment of salary money, contract fraud, and defamation of character/libel when she and/or her husband called Immigration and blacklisted me. She lied on Aug. 30th, saying that "Buymybook ran away and quit his job." In the criminal court transcripts which I have, Mrs. K. admited that they called Immigration.

I tried to put all clips in chronological order. Video clip #2 at 11:34 p.m. on 09/06 was after clips #3 and #4. Please forgive me and the person who edited the tapes. My criminal complaints are against both Mr. K.(I.D. # xxxxxx-xxxxxxx) and Mrs. K.(I.D. # xxxxxx-xxxxxxx). There address and phone number is XXX XXX XXX/00-00 0 5충/00-000-0000 or 000-000-0000. I have civil and criminal court evidence/documents that I would like the Prosecutor to obtain should the Court Prosecutor decide to file charges against the K's

#1 Video clip, One minute, 47 seconds. /09/06 at 1:25 p.m.(Break in Hired Locksmith), - On the CD you will see Mr. K. and the locksmith he hired changing the lock on my door after he fired me illegally. As of that date he hadn't paid me my salary money. I couldn't afford to go anywhere without my money. He didn't fulfill the terms of the contract. If he had paid me the last day I worked for him as he should have, I would've exited my residence. Please watch the video clip(s).

#2 Video clip, Two minutes, 5 seconds. /09/06 at 1:47 p.m. and 11:34 p.m.(False Imprisonment) - My Korean friend at the time Mr. H.(I.D.# XXXXXXXX Home Phone 00-000-0000 Cell Phone 000-0000-0000) and address XXXXXXXXX 000호 ) can testify/witness. In the video clip he is wearing a black t-shirt with glasses, he went home after that and didn't help me until later. When the locksmith was finished installing a lock, only Mr. K had the key, I pushed down the deadbolt and locked myself inside in fear of being assaulted and losing my property. I was a prisoner in my own place of residence because of Mr. K. In the late evening on the same date at 11:34 p.m.(after 10 hours of being stalked and falsely imprisoned) you will see that Mr. and Mrs. K. obtained complete access to my place of residence. I thought Mr. K. had gone home because I couldn't see him out the bathroom window, so I went to the store 3 minutes away. When I quickly returned I saw Mr. K. and his wife locking my door and driving away. Mrs. K. said to her husband "Kill him, Kill him." [Mr. K. was arrested for drunk driving in early 2004(Mrs. K. was also arrested for drunk driving in 2003). They both paid millions of Won in fines to the authorities, maybe that is why they refused to pay my salary money? Mr. K. may have been driving illegally, depending on whether his license was suspended for 3 or 6 months. If his driver's license was suspended for 6 months, please find him guilty of driving without a license].

#3 Video clip, Forty four seconds. /09/06 at 2:15 p.m.(False Imprisonment and Stalking) - Mr. K. couldn't open the door with his key because I held down the dead bolt lock. I didn't have a key! The court can see that I recorded/filmed Mr. K from my toilet/bathroom window. He sat on a ledge dividing property lines, stalking me(orange shirt) outside my place of residence as he spoke on his cell phone. I was a prisoner in my own place of residence, waiting for payment of my salary after he fired me illegally.

#4 Video clip, Six seconds. /09/06 at 4.56 p.m.(Stalking and False Imprisonment) - The court can see Mr. K. stalking me as he sat on the ledge outside my place of residence. Again, I was a prisoner in my own home as he spoke on his cell phone. Please uphold the False Imprisonment law and find Mr. K. guilty of that despicable act. He should pay the maximum fine!

#5 Video clip, One minute, 7 seconds. /09/08 at 2:40 p.m.(Property out Non payslip) - This is a new day. I must inform the court about what happened between 09/06 and the beginning of this clip on 09/08.

After the K's obtained full access to my place of residence late at night on 09/06 at 11:34 p.m., I went to my friends house. From there we went to the police station. A police man told me I could break a window and enter my residence. The morning of 09/07 Mr. K came over and learned that he could not enter with his key because I dead-bolted the lock. Later that day, my friend, his mother, and a Korean Teacher who I had worked with at the K's Hagwon, negotiated with the K's on my behalf. There was an agreement made. My friend told me the K's promised to pay me 2.7 million Won on /09/07 at the Labor Ministry if I canceled my complaint. I did not attend the negotiation because I had already tried to negotiate with the K's the day before, my last working day at XX Academy.(Mrs. K. offered to pay me/wire my salary money into my home country bank account after I flew home. I didn't believe her and learned something about the way they negotiate).

The K's negotiated and came to an agreement with my friend, his mother, and former teacher on my behalf. The K's gave my friend the key to my residence and he gave it to me. I e-mailed my sister informing her that I was coming home. I shouldn't have been so naive to believe it! The next day, the K's and I had an appointment at the Labor Ministry. My Korean former Teacher insisted she take me there by car. I wanted to take the reliable subway but foolishly allowed her to take me. I learned that she didn't know the way/directions or she didn't want to know, so I was late. In the civil court my former Korean Teacher provided the K's a signed paper saying untrue things about me. At the Labor Ministry, I learned the K's reneged on the negotiated agreement of 2.7 million Won. The K's didn't stay long at the Labor Ministry and quickly exited. They drove to my place of residency and had the locksmith put another new lock on my door. Again, the K's had a key, I did not! The K's had already begun taking my luggage and property out of my place of residence before I arrived and again started recording/filming.

On video clip #5, the court can see Mr. K. took my luggage and property out of my place of residence. He stated that a payment was made into my bank account earlier on 09/08, which is evidence that he did not pay me on 09/06. I also provided to the civil court and have evidence/bank statement that the K's only paid me part of my salary money on 09/08. Mr. K. also stated that his wife will bring the 'receipt'/payslip. She never did! I had no reason to believe that either Mr. K. or Mrs. K. paid me anything. Another problem was that the payment into my account didn't include the proper amount. The K's never did pay me approx. 367,000 Won for 2 + years, until the civil case ended and I had to get an Attorney to collect my money(salary + illegally extended contract salary, AND RENT = 10.9 million Won + 20% interest) from them.

#6 Video clip, Forty nine seconds. /09/08 at 3:15 p.m.(Police Arrival) - Mr. K. called the police. A police man came, but he didn't ask me any questions. The police man could have easily asked a another police officer with English skills to come to the scene to get my side of the story. The police man didn't care that my side of the story be told. The police man didn't seem to care that Mr. K. was breaking the law.

#7 Video clip, Forty seven seconds. /09/08 at 3:23 p.m.(Assault, Spit, nearly Pulling arm out of socket) - Mr. K. spit on me at 3:23 p.m. and was pulling my arm at 3:31 p.m. in an attempt to drag me outside like a dog. I am not a DOG! I think it is a crime to spit on someone in S. Korea. Please do not allow Mr. K. to think it is okay to spit on people. The video clip speaks for itself, the court can see that he did it and hear Mr. K. himself admit that he spit on me. Also, please do not allow Mr. K. to think he can illegally enter my house and attempt to drag me out of my place of residence like a dog. He almost pulled my arm out of my socket. My arm was sore days after. The court can easily see that Mr. K. assaulted me. I will submit documented evidence to support my /09/08 assault claim. It will show that Mr. K. also assaulted me a few days later and paid a 300,000 Won fine to the police.

#8 Video clip, Forty six seconds. /09/08 at 3:41 p.m.(Labor Ministry Lie) - The K's tried telling me that I 'lost' and my Labor Ministry complaint was 'canceled' only a few hours after we were both at the Labor Ministry together. About two weeks later we were back at the Labor Ministry and they eventually ruled in my favor. I took the Labor Ministry ruling and used in in my counter-lawsuit(civil) against the K's.

#9 Video clip, One minute, 11 seconds. /09/08 at 4:21 p.m.(Mr. K. sings "Fxxxxxx U.S.A.") - I don't understand why S. Korean Immigration would allow Mr. K. to sponsor any American in the future on an E-2 visa, after what he did to me. He also sang a song to a Beach Boys tune, said "Yankee go home, America kill my people," and "Bushy kill Iraq." Please do not allow Mr. K. to sponsor Americans or anyone else for that matter in S. Korea on E-2 visas.

#10 Video clip, Twenty four seconds. /09/08 at 4:24 p.m.(Mrs. K. Taking Luggage) - The court can see Mrs. K. taking my luggage out of my sight, closer/near the street. One piece of my luggage disappeared. She is responsible for the theft or loss of my luggage.

#11 Video clip, Two minutes, 38 seconds. /09/08 at 4:31 p.m.(Assault Kick me) - The court can witness Mr. K. kick me and see documented evidence that he also assaulted me days later and paid a 300,000 Won fine to the police.

#12 Video clip, Twenty four seconds. /09/03 at 6:04 p.m.(Contract) - The court can see my signature on my contract outside on the wall of the K's Hagwon building. The problem is that it is fraudulent. The K's altered my contract 3 times from the original that I signed on /09/22. They used some type of deletion method and wrote in the date themselves 2 different times. The K's changed the date to /12/04 without my permission because they didn't want to pay 50% of my airfare which my previous employer in Daegu wanted them to pay in return for a 'Letter of Release(LoR).' The K's decision to unlawfully submit a fraudulent contract to Immigration extending my contract 10 weeks was unlawful. The contract they posted outside for anyone to see does not include a date. The court can see that the K's tampered with my contract. I have bank statement proof that I began working for the K's on /09/22. There is no other reason the K's would have made bank deposits into my bank account in the 10th month if I hadn't worked for them. And, there is NO reason I would have signed a post-dated contract, or a non-dated contract.

Conclusion: The K's intimidated me by firing me illegally, not paying me, kicking me out of my residence etc...Yes, the K's forced me to leave my residence on /09/08. I didn't have a key to my place of residence and my luggage was taken out of my sight.

About 3 weeks after the K's called Immigration and Blacklisted me, they tried to convince the Labor Ministry that they fired my legally. They were unsuccessful! I didn't learn about the K's blacklisting me at Immigration until 4 months after my illegally extended contract expired and my E-2 application with my new hopeful employer was denied. When I went to Immigration, I was told that I'm on the blacklist. Imagine for a moment, someone unfairly depriving you the legal right to earn a living! The K's shouldn't be able to call and tell Immigration that "Buymybook ran away and quit his job," and 3 weeks later tell the Labor Ministry that they fired me legally. They often have/had 2 or more different stories about an incident. Please do not believe much that the K's say because they often do not speak the truth.

I will never forget my horrific experience in S. Korea caused by the K's. Please hold the K's accountable for their criminal acts.
