I saw a message from somebody about 30 minutes ago, complaining about a spammer whom I just received email from...

I realize that you probably deleted it, so that posters wouldn't keep saying "Me too!", but wouldn't it be better to lock it and say that you're deleting the person's account, rather than deleting the posting? At least that way, the people on this board will realize that they're not being personally targeted.

Subject: Donny Apricot Wants You! Quote message
My good friend and former boy-toy--Donny Apricot--wants to earn your business. He has an ESL messageboard which he thinks is superior to Dave's.

Here's the address: www.eslcafe.com/bbs/

There's an extra incentive. After your first post, Donny's mods--Homocandy, Peppermint, and Rocky Rimjob--will personally toss your salad just to show their appreciation. They will toss your salad using vanilla icecream. Let the good times roll!

Isn't that terrific? Try getting a deal like from Canukistan or Peach!

If you want your salad tossed, just say this with your first post:

"My Auntie Liz sent me here, and I want the Donny Apricot House Special."

Register and post, my friends. You're gonna love it!

At least they did something.

Well, okay, I doubt they fixed the problem with the spammer, but at least they moderated us and our complaints.

We're aware of the problem and have taken appropriate action.
