I'll be going away on vacation for 3 weeks. The thing is I make my own yogurt. How can a preserve my highly prized precious Tibetan Monk Himalaya yogurt. Can I put a jar in the freezer or will the regular fridge suffice? This is a highly cultured strain...I don't want to loose it!

Maybe you could have a friend look after it. Take it around a few art galleries, play it a little Bach, bring it to the odd ballet maybe buy it the occassional theatre ticket...

Different strains respond differently to temperature. I'd hedge my bets & put some in the freezer & some in the fridge.

OK - (1) You make your own yoghurt...

(2) Your own home-made yoghurt is a highly prized precious Tibetan Monk Himalaya yogurt... (made by you)...

(3) You don't know how to preserve it.....
