I just started going to the olympic pool near Jamsil. Its a great facility and as a swimmer, its just cool to swim in a real olympic pool.
80,000 for a month. Its a trip from Hongdae but its one of the few indoors i know of in seoul.
It is rather annoying though that Koreans don't swim to follow the idea of one lane for faster swimmers and another lane for slower swimmers. screws up your work out. |

yeah, that's like on the complete opposite of the green line from Hongdae!
I also live in the same area as the OP and I'd also like to know where some swimming pools are. It is a hot hot summer! |

I heard that World Cup Stadium (on the Itaewon line) - several stations from Hapjeong has a swimming pool. |

I saw one there. It's an indoor pool. Just come out of the subway and head up to the stadium. It's part of a gym, there's a glass wall and you'll see it as you walk along the sidewalk next to the stadium. |

How much is this one? Can you go just once or twice without membership?
I inquired into the LIbrary at Hongdae that has one, but from what I can gather, they seem nearly unable to offer me membership at that one for whatever reason. |
