Is there a telephone number or e-mail address for contacting KT, and particularly Megapass, in English?

There are some English webpages, but the phone numbers listed there led to Korean speakers.

Or perhaps someone out there could tell me the direct deposit account number for paying your monthly Megapass bill?

I signed up for automatic payment. But now I see that the payment was made to two different account numbers. So presumably one of them is wrong. And my Megapass stopped working.
