unfortunately caveat emptor definitely applies on this forum. don't buy anything unless you can see it first.

but it's not the moderators' responsibility to ensure the forums are clean. how can people, who are teachers and have full time jobs, be expected to police and moderate a forum?? they don't have any power to 'hunt down' dishonesty. do they suspend the account? how do they know who's telling the truth, the buyer or the seller?

people just need to be more careful. buying something online, especially from an anonymous forum, is rather dangerous. so you should take greater effort to ensure your safety and the safety of your hard earned money.

besides, since when is eslcafe a bastion of quality and honesty??

As much as this action is a last resort , I am in contact again with the seller and I am still hopeful of resolving the issue.
