MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WHBQ FOX13myfoxmemphis.com)- Combating crime is taking a new twist in places like Fort Worth and San Francisco. They're the latest cities to file lawsuits against gang members, asking that the court keep them from hanging out on city street corners. The idea of suing gangs to stop violence is being researched right now in Memphis and Shelby County. However, there are legal issues to overcome
