On a nice twisty track?
Despite battery technology advancing quite rapidly, it'll still be quite some time before they get the weight down enough for them to power motorcycles with the range, speed, and agility of gasoline powered ones.
I could see a kind of electric-city-commuter quad though... kind of like a smart car, I quess... |

Hey fellow ex-pat bikers...
I'm selling a 2001 Hyosung 125cc EXIV. It's one of those crotch rockets that you see on the road with stickers that say "Yamuda" on it. I have rode it for a year and its time for someone else to enjoy it. It's pretty quick and you won't have any worries about big buses tailgating or overtaking you. 
There is some issues with paint on the tank and there is some damage to the fairings. I was thinking about ripping it all off and going street fighter style. Then again.. it is too much hassle for me.

Good question! Good Answer:
The Aprilia RS-125! A baby italian sportsbike that runs about 20 odd HP out of a 2-stroke 125cc motor. The one pictured is a 2007. 2001-2002s go for about 2 mil. |

Only 20 some horses at this time and age? But didn't 125cc 2-cycle engines have around 30 in them already in 1990s? I seem to remember that my friends "Honda NSR 125 R" had 30+ hp and this was way back in time. It was fast as well with top speed 160 kph when hugging the tank behind the windshield. (Ok, the real speed may have been 150.)
Personally I have ridden Yamaha RF 125 LC YPVS (24 or 28 hp), Yamaha TZR 125 (28 hp?), Kawasaki AR 125 (24 hp?), Honda NS 125 and the already mentioned NSR 125 R.
Hm, maybe I should try to find Honda NSR 125 R from somewhere and tune it up a bit. Hey, I think it is faster than Hyosung Comet with 250cc engine! |

| Does anybody know anything about those vintage looking honda motorcycles that I see around? they look like old bikes from the 70's. Any ideas on costs, or where I could get my hands on one would be appreciated. |

What are you looking for? There's a KTM dealer near Hongkik Station.
If you're looking for a scooter, just scout around your neighborhood. They're all pretty much the same. Look at the catalogue, make a deal.
Didn't you say you bought a 125cc motorcycle recently? |

There is a story behind it, but don't want to get into much detail on here about it. So I'm in the market for another one.
