Every once in awhile I'll see posts on here by people looking to meet some other foreigners in their area. I'm new to the Bundang area so I thought I'd see if anyone wants to meet up for a beer or something.

I'm right by Migeum station so Bundang is ideal, but I'm also usually up for checking out different parts of Seoul.

Really, the new parts of Seoul are usually Apartment complexes...don't fancy hanging around one of them too much.

spliff, I don't think ajp was speaking to you. I could be wrong, however. Laughing

Next Wednesday night, come on out to Dublin Bar for the open mic. It's outside Samsung Plaza at Seohyun station, just down the subway line from you.

Of course!

(Can't think of anything clever to say, and there are no bouncers anyway.)

erm... I'm in Bundang, just spent an hour in Dublin Bar sipping JD and gingers, waiting to see a familiar face. Is anyone going to show up?

Hi Kermo!

Still up? I'd join you but I'm in Canada! I got a job in Gwangju, heading there next week.

Still in the Yongin? What's new?

I was there until about 11:15.. sat at the bar drinking red rock until a Korean guy started talking to me.

There were about 6 people in the bar so if you describe yourself I could probably pick you out next time and say hello.

The third time I've been to the dublin on a wednesday and it's been pretty dead every time.. is it because of the summer or what?

Kerm, that thread is some 74 pages long... care to narrow that down some?

I just might be heading down to Dub's next Wednesday for the open mic. Hope it's not too quiet!

Hey Kermo, I have to bring my dad to an open mic when he's here in a couple weeks. Is Wednesday the day to be at Dublin?
