Religious centres? No way! The amount of doomsday stuff that would go on? Or just fanatics trying to kill them? The last place they want to be is in a religious centre. |

Putting on my geek hat for a second, in the Star Trek universe, wasn't first contact with the Vulcans? Maybe we should go with that. |
