Singapore Air moved up from 7th last year to dethrone British Air for best overall.
Here's the news: Korean Air won best economy class, with Asiana 5th in the category. This was based on a rating of the following categories:
Check-in facilities & services
Airport Services - Boarding/Transfers
Onboard : Cabin seats
Onboard : Comfort & Amenities
Onboard : Inflight Entertainment
Onboard : Cabin seats
Onboard : Catering standards & Options
Onboard : Staff Service Efficiency
Onboard : Staff Service Characteristics
Onboard : Staff Service Consistency
Arrivals : Service assistance
Air Canada took honors as the Best Airline in North America
