Anyone else catch the feature article on dog meat in the Joongang Ilbo? One of the most brilliant pieces of journalism. Ever.
"How much is that doggy on the menu?"
Alas the web version doesn't do the print version justice. The dogs used as bullet points is classic.

This is perhaps one of the most disturbing paragraphs I have ever read.
Pardon me, but can you pass me the dog wine? Oh, it tastes wonderful! It really is a nutty flavour. Do you know what time of year the dog's pen is was loped off to make this vintage? |

I found this information at Kyung Hee University's website:

Southern California University of Health Sciences has a dual program for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine with the following requirements:

Now that we've gotten the academic requirements out of the way, let's take a stroll over to the Wiki article on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). You will see that what constitutes TCM in Asia and in the West is different.
Anyway, the TCM prof's blurbs sound like he's just shooting off at the mouth about dog. The other one sounds like he actually examined the issue. |

I've never seen it in a bottle but I seen it in those little plastic bags that they sell at those traditional korean medicine shops. Just buy a bunch of bags and put it in a bottle.
