I will cut a long story short here. Writing from Thailand. Most of my neighbors are Korean. Last year I posted here asking for advice about a little spaniel pup that was being mistreated. Constantly tied up on a very short chain. Beaten for chewing a stray shoe.etc. Thanks to all who gave advice. The dog died. " Stopped eating" according to the owner ( reported to me by the villa manager).

Well, at least the dog's owners didnt have to make a trip to the market to buy meat that day.... |

No. This was all about neglect. They didn't eat it. It was a "pet". |
